Hanging and Entry Requirements

It is the artists responsibility to ensure that their artworks meet the
hanging and emntry requirements before handing work into our physical exhibition. Please read our hanging and entry requirements here

All work must be correctly prepared for hanging before being handed in to the exhibition.
No clip frames are permissible due to potential accidents based on previous experience.

Each artwork must have hanging hooks and cord on the back (please see picture below). All artworks must also have a handing in slip attached to the front of the work using a small piece of tape. Handing in slips can be downloaded Here and must be printed
off and filled in prior to the exhibition. We can provide tape to fix the label to the artwork if required. If using your own tape please ensure it is suitable (not too sticky) to avoid
damaging the frame.

Any artworks that are not prepared correctly at handing in will be
refused and will not be accepted into the exhibition until the
correct hanging requirements are met.
